Entraînement piscine dès samedi 8 novembre 12h -13H45.
Préparation QCM réglementation, prévention.
Les samedis: 25 avril / 2, 9, 16, 23 mai 2026 de 14h à 15h salle de réunion gymnase près de la piscine.
RAPPEL: la présence à toutes les séances du samedi est obligatoire pour valider le temps de préparation imposé par le référentiel FNMNS
